AP2’s board of directors determines guidelines and policies pertaining to governance issues, entrusting daytoday management of these issues to the Fund’s CEO.
In support of sustainability issues, the CEO has a Sustainability Committee consisting of all members of the Fund’s executive management and the fund's senior sustainability analysts. The purpose of the committee is to manage the fund's project organization for sustainability.
The fund also has a Sustainability Forum for all employees. The purpose of this forum is to exchange experiences and competencies in sustainability.
Ongoing activities of governance and sustainability issues are submitted to the Fund’s executive management, activities that are subject to the ongoing approval of the rest of the Fund’s staff. AP2's board receives a report on the progress of the Fund’s sustainability and governance activities at every board meeting.
